The uses of various models of silicon carbide
1. For sandblasting or engraving: Customers generally purchase CF36 # and CF46 #, with a content of around 97.5-98. Export orders may require a content between 98-98.5. This type of material requires hardness.
2. For diamond tools: Customers generally purchase GCF80 #, GCF90 #, and GCF100 # products, with a higher number of customers purchasing GCF90 #.
3. For grinding wheels: Generally used are 46 # -90 #, which are F series. For sandpaper, P series is used. Generally, the price of P series is 300-500 yuan per ton higher than that of F series.
4. For coating insulation materials: Use fine materials, usually 3-5um, commonly used models are 1000 #, 1200 #, 1500 #. Determine whether to use black or green materials according to customer requirements. Black materials are generally more commonly used because they are cheaper.
5. Used for grinding: GCF600 # -1500 # is required for the product to have a concentrated particle size without large particles
6. For electronic products: W5 material with a particle size of 4-5um is generally used, and 0.5um material is generally used for electronic pastes.
7. For paint addition: Generally, GCF800 # and GCF1500 # materials are used.
