The role of black silicon carbide in crucible ceramics

1. Black silicon carbide has high temperature resistance, and crucible ceramics with added silicon carbide can withstand higher temperatures

2. Enhance oxidation resistance: The oxidation product of black silicon carbide at high temperature is SiO₂, which can form a protective film on the surface of the crucible to prevent further penetration of oxygen, thereby enhancing the oxidation resistance of the crucible and extending its service life.
